Engineered in the lab and proven by pro teams, its easy-to-apply formula is ready to ride instantly, ensuring reliable, long-lasting lubrication no matter the weather or terrain.

    Each bottle of HALO Wet Wax comes with a Smart Luber™. This advanced, patented applicator delivers precise lubrication, ensuring every chain link is covered without the mess and waste of traditional methods.

    HALO® Wet redefines all-condition chain lubrication with three elite-grade ingredients for unmatched performance. Gas-To-Liquid (GTL) creates a hydrodynamic film that silences drivetrain noise, slashes friction, repels water, and stays stable in extreme temps. Next, our proprietary Spherical Tungsten, with its hollow core, reduces vibrational friction from high-torque pedaling, while its micron-size, spherical shape rolls smoothly across the chain’s surface. Finally, ceramic boron nitride platelets form a non-stick protective coating, working with the tungsten to minimize wear and extend drivetrain life. The result? A chain that runs quieter, lasts longer, and performs better—no matter the conditions.

    HALO® products are not classified as hazardous according to U.S. CPSC, U.S. OSHA, or EU CLP regulations. They contain no ingredients expected to persist or bio-accumulate in the environment. They are not formulated with fluorinated or PFAS chemicals. They are inherently biodegradable (>20%, <60% in 28 days). 

    Non-flammable: not restricted for air transportation.

    Instructions

    1. Ensure the chain is completely clean, dry, and free of all previous lubricants before applying Finish Line® HALO™ Wet.
    2. Shake thoroughly and turn the Smart Luber™ dial counterclockwise to the OPEN position.
    3. Position the Smart Luber™ over the upper section of the chain and gently squeeze the bottle to prime the wicking pads.
    4. Rotate the cranks backward for 4–6 revolutions to evenly coat the chain. Repeat on the lower section of the chain if needed, then return the dial to the CLOSED position.
    5. For maximum drivetrain efficiency and extended lubrication intervals, allow the lubricating additives to fully penetrate the chain. Peak performance may require two applications.
    6. Wipe away any excess lubricant from the outside of the chain with a clean cloth before riding. If the chain appears under-lubricated, repeat the application.

    Important Information
    • Do not wipe excess lubricant from the chain after application.
    • Smart Luber™ wicking pads will accumulate wax over time. Remove and rinse them after use to prevent clogging.
    • Replacement Smart Luber™ pads are stored inside the cap and are also available through Finish Line® dealers.

    Smart Luber™ Instructions
    • Flow Control Dial — The integrated OPEN/CLOSED dial starts and stops lubricant flow, helping prevent leaks and mess.
    • Multi-Surface Application — Three specially designed wicking pads apply lubricant to multiple sides of the chain in a single pass.
    • Less Waste — The controlled applicator minimizes spills and helps direct lubricant where it's needed.
    • Serviceable Design — Wicking pads can be removed for cleaning or replaced when worn.
    • Protective Overcap — Keeps the applicator clean during storage and transport.
    • Traditional Application Option — The Smart Luber™ can be unscrewed to expose a precision applicator tip for conventional lubrication.
