Title: E-Commerce Manager

Position: Full-Time (minimum 40 hours per week)

Reporting To: Director of Global Sales

Based: Finish Line HQ, Hauppauge, NY

Position Summary:

As E-Commerce Manager you will play an important role in driving the success of our online retail operations. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and optimize our presence on Amazon Vendor Central, ensuring seamless operations, effective product listings, efficient Amazon Ad campaign performance and maximizing sales growth. You will also manage parallel e-commerce platforms. In all aspects of your work, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategies that enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue generation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and grow sales of Finish Line’s different brands on Amazon, across Sports, Automotive, and Home Improvement categories.

· Coordinate with internal Amazon team members and external support resources at Amazon to troubleshoot issues as they arise to ensure smooth operation and optimization of the catalog.

· Design, implement and curate Amazon advertising campaigns to increase visibility, drive traffic, and boost sales while maintaining a healthy ACOS.

· Generate SEO research results and background knowledge to collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve and upgrade listing copy, imagery, and A+ content.

· Create campaigns in tandem with product and brand launches.

· Evaluate profitability of coupons, deals, and bulk buys in both the short and long term.

· Track opportunities to market products on alternative online platforms and advertise them across various internet platforms.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience working with online retail platforms, and especially Amazon Vendor Central

· Advertising and retail analytics

· Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills

· Computer savvy with Excel proficiency

· Self-motivated, driven to succeed and comfortable working independently

· Strong interpersonal skills

· 4-year college degree or equivalent

 

Beneficial Qualifications:

· Amazon UK/EU/AUS/JP

· Walmart Retail Link and Ad Center

· Ability to manipulate large data sets, VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables

· Google and/or Facebook advertising

· Sellics/Perpetua

· Customer and/or vendor facing experience

· Bicycle and/or Outdoor Industry experience
